The National Ballet of Canada’s Tutu Project at The Design Exchange!

Already so impressed with the great success and response to The Tutu Project thus far, The exhibit at The Design Exchange exceeded all of my expectations of what could come of this outstanding project. The turnout at the opening gala on Tuesday was truly amazing, and everyone seemed to be having a great time chatting the night away with dancers and ballet goers alike, and of course admiring the beautiful tutus! I was so happy to be a part of it! If you are a ballet fan, or curious to know more about the ballet, then this is the exhibit for you!

The Exhibition Hall feautures 60 years of designing the ballet. There are props from The Nutcracker, a dress up station, a ballet barre, and even an instructional video to help guide you through some of ballets most fundamental exercises.

So Degas :)

The party moves down to the trading floor, where we admire the tutus!
